Job Description:

Summary:

We are looking for a committed, positive, and highly organized individual to manage our sales team here in Cary, North Carolina as well as remote salespersons in locations outside of our North Carolina Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager you should expect your first 3-6 months to be a fast-paced learning environment where you will master knowledge of our internal systems as well as our our products and services while working hand-in-hand with your sales team. Your day-to-day tasks will involve resolving sales barriers for members of your team, inspiring sales team members to meet or exceed quotas, prepare relevant KPI reports and address the same with sales team members, as well as other general sales manager tasks. You will have the training, the backing of management, and the tools needed to be successful.

  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Strong internal drive to succeed and a record of overcoming challenges
  • Strong work ethic willing to work the hours required to hit manage your team
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, strategic, informative sales role

  • Ability to independently solve issues affecting your sales team
